Founder & Principal Consultant
Errol is an engineering leader with 13+ years across software development and delivery, most recently serving as Head of Engineering for a department-scale organisation — multiple layers of management spanning architecture, engineering and delivery, and quality assurance.
His career runs the full arc from hands-on engineer to departmental leadership: building wallet and platform integrations for global gaming providers, leading technical entry into regulated markets, driving Kubernetes and DevOps adoption at a major betting technology company, and leading multiple cross-functional development teams before stepping into department-level leadership at a continental media group.
He operates at architecture and executive altitude, with a technical foundation deep enough to challenge design decisions rather than accept them.
